Event Overview
Challenge Barcelona is set in one of the world's great cities, combining the warm Mediterranean with Gaudí architecture and a buzzing urban race atmosphere. The swim takes place in the Mediterranean Sea off the iconic Barcelona Olympic Port. The rolling bike rides through the scenic Catalan countryside and coastal roads. The run takes athletes along the beachfront Barceloneta promenade and through the city's stunning Port Vell area to a dramatic urban finish.
