Event Overview
Challenge Turku is set in Finland's oldest city, a vibrant Nordic city on the Aura River with Turku Castle and easy access to the Baltic archipelago. The swim heads upstream in the River Aura, turning near the iconic Fori ferry. The bike takes athletes to the highway for 3 flat loops with river bridge crossings and minimal elevation (126m). The run along both riverbanks in the city centre has the whole community out cheering. A premium international event on one of the flattest, fastest courses in the Challenge series.
