IRONMAN 70.3 Langkawi is set on Malaysia's most celebrated island in the Andaman Sea, a UNESCO Global Geopark. Athletes swim in warm, crystal-clear Andaman waters. The rolling 90km bike rides through Langkawi's duty-free island roads, past mangroves, rice paddies and jungle with stunning island mountain backdrops. The run takes athletes along the beach promenade of Pantai Cenang. A tropical paradise race in one of Southeast Asia's most beautiful destinations.
