IRONMAN 70.3 Monterrey is held in Mexico's industrial capital, dramatically surrounded by the Sierra Madre Oriental mountains. The swim takes place in a lake venue near the city. The rolling to hilly bike rides through Monterrey's foothills with the iconic Cerro de la Silla mountain as backdrop. The run takes athletes through the modern Fundidora Park and city centre.
