Event Overview
IRONMAN Lanzarote is one of the most legendary and brutal races on the global circuit — a rite of passage for serious triathletes. Held on a volcanic island in the Canary Islands, the 1-loop bike course is infamous: 2,405m of climbing through Timanfaya National Park, the Fire Mountains, and picturesque Canarian villages, battling relentless Atlantic winds. The ocean swim at Puerto del Carmen is straightforward, but the bike and run in Lanzarote's extreme conditions make this a race to respect deeply.
